All gift items and self care products will be sent via Royal Mail either by first class post or tracked post depending on your order.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays to normal shipping times, including during periods of strike disruption. We will always to our best to inform you when to expect your parcel and whether we are aware of any industrial action or expected delays due to weather.
